PickWho is a free-to-play sports prediction game operated by Soni Digital LLC ("PickWho," "we," "us," or "our"). Users make picks on featured games each contest period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a premium subscription does not improve your chances of winning.
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, and Montana) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of PickWho (Soni Digital LLC) and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
To enter, create a free account in the PickWho app and, during the contest period, submit picks for the featured games or earn at least one point in the Daily Trivia or Higher or Lower games. Each user may submit one pick per featured game. Picks must be submitted before the posted lock time for each game. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter.
Each contest runs for a defined period (typically one week). The start and end dates are displayed in the app. All times referenced in the app are in Central Time (CT) unless otherwise stated.
Each correct pick earns weighted points based on the game's day of the week (Central Time):
Featured games are designated by PickWho at its sole discretion and earn double points for correct picks (e.g., a correct pick on a Sunday featured game = 14 points). The maximum points available for any single pick is 14. Incorrect picks earn 0 points. Tied / voided games (e.g., draws in soccer) do not count for or against a participant's total.
In addition to game picks, PickWho offers two daily games that add to a participant's contest score: Daily Trivia and Higher or Lower. A new question for each game is published every day at 10:00 PM Central Time. Participants have 15 seconds from when a question is revealed to answer it.
The daily games are optional. A participant who skips them is not penalized; their contest standing is determined by their game picks and any daily-game points they earned during the period. PickWho reserves the right to suspend or modify the daily games at any time without affecting the underlying contest.
The winner of each contest is the participant with the highest total points at the end of the contest period. Total points combine the day-weighted points from correct picks (see Scoring) with the points earned in the Daily Trivia and Higher or Lower games. In the event of a tie, the following tiebreakers apply in order:
If participants are still tied for a prize position after every tiebreaker, the participant whose account was created first ranks higher for that prize.
Contest results as determined by PickWho are final.
Prizes, if any, are described in the app for each contest period. Prize values and availability may vary at PickWho's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at PickWho's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.
PickWho is a free-to-play prediction game. No real money is wagered on any pick. This is not a gambling service. No entry fee is required to participate in any contest.
PickWho reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by PickWho in its sole discretion. PickWho reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
PickWho and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in any contest, or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Information collected from participants is subject to our Privacy Policy. By entering a contest, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, any PickWho contest or sweepstakes. Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, liability, damages, or injuries arising from or related to participation in any contest or the use of any prize. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to PickWho, not Apple.
These Official Contest Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
