Official Contest Rules

1. Overview

PickWho is a free-to-play sports prediction game operated by Soni Digital LLC ("PickWho," "we," "us," or "our"). Users make picks on featured games each contest period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a premium subscription does not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 17 years of age or older. Employees of PickWho (Soni Digital LLC) and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, create a free account in the PickWho app and submit your picks for the featured games during the contest period. Each user may submit one pick per featured game. Picks must be submitted before the posted lock time for each game. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter.

4. Contest Period

Each contest runs for a defined period (typically one week). The start and end dates are displayed in the app. All times referenced in the app are in Central Time (CT) unless otherwise stated.

5. Scoring

Each correct pick earns weighted points based on the game's day of the week (Central Time):

• Monday: 1 point
• Tuesday: 2 points
• Wednesday: 3 points
• Thursday: 4 points
• Friday: 5 points
• Saturday: 6 points
• Sunday: 7 points

Featured games are designated by PickWho at its sole discretion and earn double points for correct picks (e.g., a correct pick on a Sunday featured game = 14 points). The maximum points available for any single pick is 14. Incorrect picks earn 0 points. Tied / voided games (e.g., draws in soccer) do not count for or against a participant's total.

6. Daily Trivia

In addition to game picks, PickWho offers a Daily Trivia question that contributes to a participant's contest score. A new question is published each day at 10:00 PM Central Time. Participants have 15 seconds from when the question is shown to submit an answer.

• Attempts. A participant may retry a wrong answer up to the number of options on the question. Multiple-choice questions allow up to four attempts, true/false up to two. Each previously-wrong option is disabled on subsequent attempts, and the participant must watch the unlock advertisement between attempts. The correct answer is revealed once the participant is finished with the question (either by answering correctly or by exhausting every option).
• Timeouts. If the 15-second timer expires while an option is highlighted but not yet submitted, that selection is auto-submitted on the participant's behalf. If no option was highlighted, the attempt is recorded as a forfeit; the participant may still retry like any other wrong answer.
• Reward. Correctly answering the trivia question earns +1 contest point, added to the participant's weekly total alongside their game picks. The point is credited only after the participant has watched the required short rewarded advertisement.

Trivia is optional. A participant who skips the daily question is not penalized; their contest standing is determined entirely by their game picks (and any trivia points they did earn during the period). PickWho reserves the right to suspend or modify the Daily Trivia feature at any time without affecting the underlying contest.

7. Determining Winners

The winner of each contest is the participant with the highest total points at the end of the contest period. In the event of a tie, the following tiebreakers apply in order:

1. Most correct picks total
2. Most correct picks on Sunday, then Saturday, Friday, Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, and Monday
3. Most correct contrarian picks (correct picks where less than half of all participants picked the same side)
4. Earliest submission timestamp on final-day picks

Contest results as determined by PickWho are final.

8. Prizes

Prizes, if any, are described in the app for each contest period. Prize values and availability may vary at PickWho's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at PickWho's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

9. No Gambling

PickWho is a free-to-play prediction game. No real money is wagered on any pick. This is not a gambling service. No entry fee is required to participate in any contest.

10. General Conditions

PickWho reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by PickWho in its sole discretion. PickWho reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

PickWho and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in any contest, or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to our Privacy Policy. By entering a contest, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

14. Governing Law

These Official Contest Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
